Family Emergency

Please pray for Elissa Adams(a fellow STINTer this year in Maracaibo, Venezuela): she just found out that something severe happened to her mom. It sounds like a brain aneurysm, but last I heard they were transporting her to Greensborough, NC to larger medical facility to find out for sure. Elissa was up here in Merida for the Maracaibo project's mid-project retreat when she got the call from her sister this morning. She's currently in a taxi to Maracaibo (the fastest, most reliable method of getting there) where she might be trying to get a flight home tomorrow. Pray for safety and wisdom in travel, peace and provision for her family, and restoration and healing for her mother.
